Wat een bijzondere plek hier! Als je niet zo van hotelcomplexen houdt, en je wil je wat meer in de natuur voelen, dan moet je hier zijn! Uitstekende tenten, met een goede sfeer, bijna allemaal mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden. Badkamer ( was bij ons buiten) prima. En lekker luxe dat je elke avond weer een opgemaakt bed hebt. Ik vond het persoonlijk heel leuk dat er veel volunteer staff was. Het gaf een beetje een reizigerssfeertje. Veel leuke jonge mensen. En ja, ze zijn natuurlijk niet allemaal supergoed getraind in de taken die ze doen, maar ze zijn er omdat ze het zelf willen, en dat was te merken. Ik heb gezellig met ze gekletst.
Wel zou ik aanbevelen om een fiets (voor dichtbij) en of een auto te huren. De fietsen van Sails on Kos waren niet echt om langer dan 5 minuten op te fietsen, meer voor nood. Een auto, om het eiland op eigen houtje te kunnen bekijken vond ik echt een must, er zijn veel mooie plekken te zien. Tot slot, last but not least, het ontbijt, en ook het avondeten waren echt heerlijk, met voldoende vegetarische opties ook!

Friendly stuff, good vibes, we had just a tiny problem with the bicycle rent.. we wanted to hang out somewhere in Marmari, but all the bikes were fully destroyed. You have to walk about 30 minutes and you can rent a bike, it costs 5 euro/ day. Its not a big trouble, rather an advice for the future visitors.

Tutto perfetto!
Location, accoglienza, pulizia, gentilezza, tranquillità e allegria!
Siamo stati 7 notti, ci siamo sentiti a casa, abbiamo mangiato la sera al ristorante sempre tutto molto buono. Lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente e amorevole! Posizione strategica per girare l’isola, infatti ci siamo fermati tutte le 7 notti e ci hanno trattato davvero molto bene! Grazie davvero! Lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici sicuramente! Lo consigliamo a tutti!

All perfect! Location, hospitality, cleanliness, kindness, tranquility and joy! We stayed 7 nights, we felt at home, we ate in the restaurant in the evening, everything was always very good. The staff is always kind, smiling and loving! Strategic location for getting around the island, in fact we stayed all 7 nights and they treated us very well! Thank you very much! Sails on Kos is a wonderful place to base your Kos holiday. We stayed in the Villa tent, which was a perfect base for our family (clean, airy, well designed). The food is fantastic, with a very generous breakfast provided every day. Over the course of a week we tried pretty much everything on the menu and never had a bad meal. The restaurant is a key highlight of Sails on Kos because not only is the food great, the atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed. We did venture out across the island to try other places to eat, but honestly all the best food from our holiday came from Sails on Kos. It's a great place to holiday with young children - our 3 year old loved the 'pirate ship' area (which is right by the restaurant - ideal for parenting while coffee-ing). The activities the staff arrange are also warm, laid-back and lovely. We enjoyed Mosaic making, which gave us something to bring back as a gift. Ein Traum ❤️ wir waren im August für 10 Tage bei Sails on Kos. Es ist wahnsinnig familiär, ruhig, entspannt. Im Bikini zum Frühstück oder Mittagessen an den Pool bestellen, alles hier kein Problem.
Wir haben besonders die Ruhe, dass z.b. keine Musik am Pool läuft genossen. Die Gäste der 24 Zelte verteilen sich so gut, dass wir teilweise für mehrere Stunden alleine am Pool waren. Und man bekommt immer eine Liege ;)
Egal was man braucht, Alexi versucht alles zu organisieren, ein Fußbad, ein anderes Kissen,...
Das Essen ist der Hammer, wir haben irgendwann fast nur noch dort gegessen und nicht außerhalb.
Je nach Wind hat man abends die Unterhaltungsshow von Nachbarhotels gehört, spätestens 23 Uhr war das aber aus.
Supermarkt um z.b. Wasser zu kaufen ist fußläufig oder mit den Fahrrädern die einfach genommen werden dürfen zu erreichen.
Poolhandtücher können ans Meer mitgenommen werden.
Wenn es sehr heiß wird, wird es evtl. ungemütlich im Zelt, wir hatten Glück bei 33° tagsüber könnte man super schlafen.

Staff SO incredibly kind and friendly (and the staff are very kind to the younger ones!). Facilities clean, oh and their restaurant is OFF THE CHART! IT IS SO DELICIOUS!!!!  Shout out to Alexi, Philena, Shannon-Rose and Max! Ever so helpful and kind! The tents with the hammocks are lovely, slighty colder then the outdoors (which is great because Greece is very hot with a breeze tho) and have comfy beds. Pool is good size and fun to play in or swim in, with a treasure box at reception full of pool floaties and water pistols for the children. Sun beds and a couple hammocks around the pool are exceptional. The activities that they put up every week is such a nice and fun addition to it for the children and adults!. Outdoor movie theatre amazing! The nearby activities are very cool aswell, e.g Paddleboarding, lovely bar, water park, Zia, a boat to bodrum in Turkey and back, Kos town, and of course the beaches, especially mastechari beach where there are fish in the sea (small) that you can swim/snorkel with!
